Philippe is an entrepreneur out of conviction. As managing director of MINT, he drives the development of brands with DNA-inspired brand management and authentic positioning. His career began in industry: After training as an industrial clerk, two management and leadership courses followed in the Netherlands. The fascination for entrepreneurial design seized him at the St. Gallen “Leaders of Tomorrow” symposium — and has not let go of him ever since.
For over 18 years, Philippe has worked at the interface of industry, technology and communication. What began as a working student job developed through positions in customer consulting, business development and as an authorized signatory to the management of MINT. His goal: to further develop companies so that they are not only visible, but also noticeably relevant to their stakeholders.
With a clear eye for markets and brand structures, Philippe has continued to develop MINT — with a culture that combines creativity, digital and strategy.
