• You design and design digital interfaces, websites and applications in a B2B environment.
• You develop UX concepts, user flows and wireframes and translate strategies into intuitive solutions.
• You work with corporate designs and design systems for print and digital.
• You actively engage with trends, new technologies and AI tools.
• You work closely with our strategy, consulting and development teams and present your ideas confidently to customers.

We are not looking for a pure “implementation machine”, but a conceptually strong design personality.

• Several years of experience in a design or digital agency.
• Tools: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are your home. Ideally, you are also familiar with CMS (Webflow, WordPress, Typo3).
• A deep understanding of brands, target groups and moving images (including social media).
• You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your results and speak fluent German and English.
• Plus point: If you also understand web technologies such as HTML, CSS or JS, we'll dance a little bit.
