• Concept & Layout: You design and design editorial projects — from magazines and reports to digital campaign assets.
• You develop visual guiding ideas and consistently develop corporate designs across all media.
• You translate complex content into clear, aesthetically compelling layouts with a keen eye for typography and imagery.
• You work closely with strategy, text and consulting teams and present your concepts convincingly to customers.
• You actively engage with trends, new formats and AI systems in order to constantly push our design standards.

We are not looking for a pure “layout machine”, but a conceptually strong design personality.

• Several years of experience in a design, strategy or digital agency.
• Skills: An extremely confident knack for typography, layout and visual hierarchies. You can master Adobe Creative Suite while you sleep.
• You think conceptually, bring content to the point visually and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• You can clearly argue your ideas and speak fluent German and English.
• Plus point: You have a strong understanding of moving images and web technologies.

• Flexibility: full time or part time (from 25 hours) — we'll find the model that's right for your life.
